SECTION 5 : HEALTH HAZARD DATA
A. Inhalation: Prolonged exposure to grinding dust may cause respiratory problems or aggravate existing problems. The dust generated during the use of this product is classified by OSHA as inert dust or nuisance dust and has the same pulmonary effects of iner dust.
B. Ingestion: No known adverse effects, but ingestion is not recommended.
C. Skin Contact: Excessive contact with dust may cause skin irritation.
First Aid: Wash affected areas with soap and water. Obtain medical assistance.
D. Eye Contact: Dust may irritate eyes.
First Aid: Flush with large amounts of water. Obtain medical assistance.

Hazardous Polymerization: Will not occur.
Hazardous Decompositions Products:
Dusts are generated in use. In most cases, dust from workpiece
will be significantly greater than from grinding wheel. Coolants may produce
other decomposition products.

state and local laws.

Respiratory Protection: Use NIOSH-approved dust respirators as required to
maintain exposure below Threshold Limit Values (TLVs)
Ventilation: Local exhaust ventilation as necessary to keep dust levels below Threshold Limit Values.
Protective Gloves: Leather, cloth, or rubber/vinyl gloves as desired by operator.
Eye Protection: Goggles or safety glasses with side shields are recommended.
Other Protective Equip: Apron and/or face shields as required.
